    Hachiro Iba is one of three new characters introduced in Hakuoki: Kyoto Winds, the first half of a two-part remake of Hakuoki for PS Vita. He’s a childhood friend of a number of the Shinsengumi captains, a skilled swordsman, and a member of the Shogun’s personal guard.

    Iba’s route is incredibly cute. Getting his true ending can be a bit tricky, but this guide should hopefully help you out.

    Hachiro Iba: Main Route and True Ending

    These are the choices to make throughout Hakuoki: Kyoto Winds to get Hachiro Iba’s true ending. 

    Chapter 1

    • Find a way to escape.

    • Ask Hijikata if I can help around the compound.
    • Accompany Hijikata as his page.
    • Apologize about Takeda. (Romance up: Budding)

    Chapter 2

    • Leave and search for my father.
